The front, sides, back and neck of this beautiful violin are all carefully hand selected from only top select woods. We make sure the spruce has a tight grain, essential for good tone, and we use highly flamed A+ grade maple for the back, sides and neck. The violin is finished with 10 light coats of a hand applied and hand rubbed oil varnish finish that gives it a look reminiscent to the early french makers of the past. The violin is strung with top line Sensi Core German perlon core strings. The end result is an instrument that is sonorous and visually stimulating. The outfit includes your choice of deluxe cases with carry strap and a hand selected Brazilwood Bow with Mongolian horsehair and an ebony frog and pearl inlay including rosin. All fittings are custom hand fitted and made from only grade A Ebony.
